What is New Era's VIP Card Program?
The New Era VIP membership is an exclusive program for authentic and loyal New Era Cap collectors.
How do I become a VIP?
New Era customer must present accumulated New Era Cap receipts amounting to P25,000. We are accepting receipts from January - December of the current year. Receipts can come from our online or retail branches in the Philippines. Receipts must be original and readable for it to be accepted. Note that receipts will be collected, checked and validated before it gets activated.
Do you charge a membership fee?
Initially, no, we don't charge a membership fee. A P500 renewal membership fee will be charged for existing VIP members who did not reach the minimum purchase of P50,000 within two years of validity.
How do I get the VIP card?
For old VIP members, you may go to any New Era branch and exchange your old VIP card for the new VIP card. The branch where you exchanged for the VIP card for will then be your "home" branch
For new VIP members, you may go to any New Era branch and submit the P25,000 accumulated receipts in exchange for the new VIP card.
For online VIPs, our E-commerce team will mail the VIP card at your doorstep.
Can I use my VIP both online and any New Era store in the Philippines?
Yes, you may use your VIP card in both online and New Era stores in the Philippines. To use your VIP card online, you must have a NewEraCap.ph account to get access to online privileges.
Does the VIP membership expire?
Yes, the VIP membership is valid for two years from the date you activated your VIP card. Your VIP status will automatically be extended if you have purchased an accumulated P50,000 for within the 2 year period. If you are not able to reach the accumulated purchase amount, you may renew your status at your home branch and pay the P500 renewal fee.
How can I reactivate my VIP status?
The VIP membership is valid for two years from the date you activated your VIP card. Your VIP status will automatically be extended if you have purchased an accumulated P50,000 for within the 2 year period. If you are not able to reach the accumulated purchase amount, you may renew your status at your home branch and pay the P500 renewal fee.
You are only given a month to pay for the P500 renewal fee, if not, the VIP status will be cancelled.
Do I have to buy something every month?
Not necessarily. Just keep in mind that an accumulated purchase of P50,000 within the 2 year validity period is needed to keep your VIP status.
Can my VIP Membership get cancelled?
Yes, your VIP status may get cancelled if found that it is being shared and used by another person.
How do I register my VIP card?
Go to http://vip.neweracap.ph to register and activate your VIP card. You won't be able to use your VIP card unless registered at the said site. It will take 2-3 business days to get your card activated. You will be receiving a confirmation email from New Era that your VIP membership is already activated.
How come when I try to register my VIP card, it always say my VIP number is invalid?
Each VIP card number is unique for each member and home branch. Please make sure that you the number you are using to register is the one stated at the back of the card. Also, very important to choose the home branch where you received your new VIP card. Note that you cannot change your home branch.
Where is my home branch?
For old VIP members, your home branch is where you exchanged your old VIP cards for a new one.
For New VIP members, your home branch is where you submitted your P25,000 accumulated receipts.
For Online members, your home branch is the E-commerce site.
I usually buy at several stores, which one should I choose as my home branch?
Your home branch is where you submitted your accumulated receipts.
For both online and branch customer, you may choose if you want your home branch is the E-commerce site or a particular branch.
You must email the E-commerce team at email@example.com you choose to make it your home branch. If your accumulated purchase online does not reach P25,000, you must submit receipts for validation.
Do I have to create a NewEraCap.ph account to activate my membership account?
Yes, you must have a NewEraCap.ph account in order to get access to online privileges.
Online privileges includes sneak peeks for upcoming releases, pre-order services, exclusive online promos & discounts and alerts for exclusive sale and releases.
What are the perks of a VIP member?
10% discount on all regular items valid for (2) years upon activation
15% discount on your birthday week – (3) days before and (3) days after given birth date.
Free PHP 1,000.00 store credits for every PHP 25,000.00 accumulated spent – to be availed online or in a physical store, upon receipt of confirmation via SMS.

How will I know about New Era events?
VIPs will get email and text invites before the event.
How can I receive text or email notifications from New Era?
All VIP members must sign-up for a NewEraCap.ph account. The email and mobile number used upon signing up will be used to get notifications from New Era.
Do I have to present my VIP card in order to get the discount?
Yes, discounts may only apply if the actual VIP card is presented at the branch. As for online purchases, you must be logged-in to your NewEraCap.ph account in order for discount to be applied.

What if I lost my VIP card, how can I have it replaced?
You may approach any New Era Caps store branch for your VIP card replacement. Kindly provide (2) valid IDs and pay the amount of PHP 250.
